The vision for Moving On is to Break the cycle of youth homelessness in County Durham
This is achieved through:
• Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG)
• Floating Support
• Partnership working
• Providing a programme of preventative work and lifeskills
In meeting and delivering the vision, we aim to contribute considerably to improving the health and well being of young people aged 16-25 so that they become less vulnerable and have the opportunity to improve their chances of leading happy and productive lives.
