Moving On working with Durham City Council |

Moving On continues to deliver housing advice and support to 18-25 year olds accessing The City of Durham Council through a referral process. Any young person accessing the City Council will be referred to Moving On who will carry out an assessment of needs and work towards supporting the young person to access accommodation.
We believe the partnership arrangement with the City Council is a positive step towards future sustainability for the service in the new commissioning arrangements. We hope that we will be able to continue delivering this service in the future through future commissioning services.
