Making a complaint

If you have a complaint, you have the right to report it. An example of a complaint could be about the support you are receiving, or about your tenancy. No matter the issue, we take all complaints very seriously.

Ways to report a complaint

You can report a complaint by speaking with your worker. The member of staff will then raise the complaint on your behalf. If, for example, the complaint is about your worker, or you prefer to raise your complaint in another way, you can do so by addressing the complaint to the attention of 'the manager'.
