What We Do

As a youth homelessness charity, we believe every young person deserves a safe home and a fresh start.

If a young person is experiencing, or is at risk of, homelessness, we can support them in the following ways:

Moving On Homelessness Prevention

Through our Information, Advice and Guidance services (IAG), we work with young people who are considered to be at risk of homelessness.

We provide face to face, telephone and email support to help them understand their options and make informed decisions about their housing situation.

Housing support

We provide intensive housing management, working in partnership with landlords to help vulnerable young people to sustain their tenancies.

This provides stability to the young person and allows our support workers to address their needs and help them to become contributing members of society. We work in an asset-based way, agreeing action plans with each young person that focuses on their strengths and ambitions.

Move on: the Theory of Change

We aim to prepare vulnerable or homeless young people to live independently. When a young person is ready to take this big step, we will provide them with the support they need.
