Each year we need to fundraise at least £200,000 to maintain our support service. Can you help us by sponsoring a young person?
Want to make a real difference to the life of a young person at risk of homelessness? Our individual sponsorship packages are a great way of providing targeted support.
Move-in pack (small)

All the basic essentials to help start and maintain a safe home and a fresh start:

All the essentials to help start and maintain a safe home and a fresh start:

Furnishings Pack

Help make a house into a home, where our support workers will ‘supervise shop’ for those things that make a good place to live in.

Emergency Food / Fuel£40
Sometimes and for many reasons our young people literally have nothing and without our help have gone hungry for days at a time, or had no gas or electricity. We supply emergency food or fuel where we can see the young person will not be able to live in the house without urgent help.

Provide a significant level of support to a homeless or vulnerable young person throughout their time with Moving On Durham, helping them to move forward into sustainable independent living. Your sponsorship will help pay for:

- Emergency Food / Fuel Pack for Financial Hardship £100
- Supervised shop for clothes suitable for volunteering / interview / starting employment £100
