Supporting People

We work alongside homeless young people to help them rebuild their lives, with 'a new home and a fresh start'.

Our Support Team are not Housing Professionals they are Youth Workers, using strength-based practice to build skills, resilience and confidence so our young people can live sustainably and independently.

We know what support is needed to leave homelessness behind for good. We use the experience of our users to shape the services we provide.

Supporting Landlords

Moving On Lettings provides both supported and social lettings services, with over 10 years of experience working with established, investment and individual landlords.

Our professional Housing Management team work in a unique way to support our Landlords, specialising in property management in disadvantaged communities across County Durham.

Our award winning 'transitional support service' helps tenants successfully move beyond supported accommodation, building strong relationships between tenants and Landlords.

Supporting Communities

We are passionate about our strong relationships with Durham County Council, our local Foodbanks, Police, Social Services and providers of complementary support - we know how to get the best of help for our vulnerable clients.

We believe strongly that through working to support disadvantaged communities, we can create a movement of change in County Durham to break the cycle of youth homelessness.
